I came to Matt with what I thought was going to be an impossible task.

 

Loose my belly in 5 weeks. I had been going to the gym pretty heavily for about 9 months and had changed my diet but still wasn't seeing any results.

 

With my upcoming OE (and a week on a boat in a bikini!) I was fast running out of time. I felt like I had been putting in all this hard work with minimal results

 

So, with 5 weeks until flying out, I decided to bite the bullet and pay for some professional help. This is where Matt came in.

 

We started with a half hour chat to work out my goals and assess my food. Turned out what I thought had been the right foods was off track. I promised Matt if he told me it could be done, I would do everything in my power to make it happen.

 

Following our chat Matt took me through my new gym work out. Alternating resistance one day and cardio the next combined with my new food regime, for the first time ever, I saw results, and fast!

 

It definitely was not easy. There were days when I struggled to get through the work out but once I started seeing the results, I was even more motivated to keep going. I am now at my goal weight and in the best shape of my life ready to start my adventure.

 

I am so pleased I took that first step and now I'm even more motivated to keep it off. I couldn't have achieved any of this without the help of Matt.

If you are determined to tone up and lose weight then give this 8 week challenge a go.  

 

I lost 5 kg and 22 cms while exercising with a group.  I don’t lose weight easily and this result was outstanding for me. 

 

I cannot recommend Matt highly enough.

 

An added bonus is that I’ve learnt to be able to give myself a great workout on my solo workout days.  You’ve got nothing to lose but cms and everything to gain.

Weighing 95KG with more rolls than a bakery I decided it was time to get of my round shapely ass and join the gym but I knew if I joined I wouldn’t push my self and achieve my goals..

 

I was aiming for so I signed up with Matt for a 8 an week course consisting of 3 half an hour trainings a week. Matt advised me of good foods to eat to help me with my weight loss and to get in shape faster.

 

Matt pushed me hard and with in 4 weeks I had shaved off a massive 7KG. Straight away my sales at work where increasing and I had a lot more energy during the day, my body was starting to get toned as the rolls got smaller and body fat poured off, I FELT GREAT.

 

Another 4 weeks passed in no time to find my weight had dropped to 83KG, I had lost 12 KG in 8 weeks! But I worked hard, I did cardio on my days that I wasn’t training with Matt as advised by him and it was well worth it. I recommend Matt to any one wanting great results fast!

Just wanted to thank you for your 8 week Down Size Me Challenge. I learned 3 important things about myself.

 

1) I can be an early riser & exercise in the mornings
2) I can push myself to the limits
3) I can succeed.

Just want to say I am loving my routines that you have set – the lumble roll work is not nearly as painful, and I getting through everything – without rushing in 45 minsI don’t feel as buggared as I did with my old exercises – and as a consequence have been going almost every day...

Before working with Matt I had reached a plateau with my training, I was spending endless hours in the gym but wasn’t seeing any results. I had worked with personal trainers previously without seeing much improvement so was a bit skeptical but thought I would give it one last shot. Finding Matt was my fitness saviour. From our first session together I knew this was going to be different. He sat down with me and actually listened to what I wanted out of our sessions and what my goals were, and then went away and made up a unique 

programme for me.

 

 

 

 As each session went by matt would tweak and change the programme as needed to make sure I was being pushed every session and was always making progress. Within a couple of weeks of training with Matt I was already noticing big changes to my body and to how I was feeling and I was getting much stronger. 

 

 

 

The difference I found with Matt compared to other trainers was that he actively listened to my needs and genuinely wanted to help out, he was so enthusiastic about his training and that made training so much more enjoyable. 

 

 

 

Matt’s knowledge of training and nutrition helped me to shave down my body fat and gain a more toned body. Each weigh in my body fat % would drop and my muscle mass would gain, and that was every single time! The progress didn’t stop.

 

I was the fittest and strongest version of myself I had ever been and I loved it and it was all thanks to the help of Matt.
